You're just disappointed because you thought you'd get a good time from all the companies you thought would have to go down on you. Mark

I've always had to fill in an application form (even if online) as well as sending my CV to places. I think most companies insist on applicants filling in an application form at some point in the proceedings.

Well when I was looking it was always CVs but I generally have to go through agencies for IT jobs.

congrats I thought I would try and put my mind at ease to see what my operation tomorrow will involve, looks like pain, discomfort and anaesthetic are common Seen a few techniques that look less painful such as using fibrin glue.... but I doubt the NHS will do that!

I'm kind of hoping that if my knee's going to go in the next 10 years it goes in the next 4 months.

Dude, don't say that. Knowing our luck it'll be just at the time we're next set to meet-up. Mark

It's been playing up a lot again of late, and now is a conventent 8 month window to have it fixed. I don't want it to further mess about with my graduating or right at the start of my time as a graduate. I guess on the other hand if it's got to be properly replaced then I should take the 10 years, or part there of, as replacements last 15 and you can only have 2 (so 35 years including a bit of improvement in knee-tech).

Ooooh, fair point. It's been 18 months already. And nearly a year since I saw Nick. Crikey.

First task is get a job. And whilst I'm a student I'm covered by Dad's company's cover. It's just the fact it will take several months of uselessness, no doubt.
