Was just drifting off to sleep and then I felt and heard some rumblings. In my daze, I was concerned it was an earthquake or bomb, then rationalised it was probably a lorry or something on the road. But can't fecking sleep now.

That happens, every night something or other wakes me, sometimes it can take hours to fall asleep again. I hope I will be asleep within an hour or so.

I'm a fairly light sleeper so most things will wake me but typically if it's in the background when I'm awake, it doesn't bother me when I'm trying to sleep.

I am a heavy sleeper and can sleep through anything, Storms, multiple police sirens, most things but the PTSD wakes me every night, so never get more than a few hours at a time, but some nights I am lucky enough to get back to sleep within a few minutes, and then get a decent 12 hours.

Wide awake here. Not gonna help in the morning when I've got to concentrate on some stuff for work. I need to be alert. At least no patients though.

Watched one of the best episodes yet, which is not bad for a show that's nine years old.

Wide awake here. I feel like I got the "buzz". I'm not even sure what that means other than I feel so wide awake and alert that I feel like I could stay awake for another 22 hours.
