At the french border, the custom officer asks the german tourist:
-Name?
-Hans
-Occupation?
-No, just visiting.

:D

Alas, given the general sense of humour found in border personnel Hans probably got arrested.

Sent to me by my colleague this morning and yes this is an actual discussion between him and a service desk tech here.

Unhelpful tech: Have you heard about the issue?
Me: What issue?
Unhelpful tech: The Citrix issue?
Me: What issue?
Unhelpful tech: The one with the users.
Me: What issue?
Unhelpful tech: They can't launch applications.
Me: What application?
Unhelpful tech: This application (has 50 or so people actively using it)
Me: Looks good to me.
Unhelpful tech: I called you about it.
Me: Who does it affect?
Unhelpful tech: Everyone!
Me: You sure? Look at this list of people using it.
Unhelpful tech: Uh, one user.
Me: And you called me out of hours for one user?
Unhelpful tech: Yes.

The Pam Anderson one was great. I particularly remember Courtney Love's stint

I'd consider it if they stopped classifying X404 as a Pr0n/NSFW site and quit restricting my access.

Until then, they can poke it.

I'd consider it if they didn't take 3 weeks to install new software. But as they say, pay peanuts, get monkeys.
