I got to see him at the end of last year (I think?!?) in Newcastle, well worth going to see if you get the chance, even in an Arena.

I saw him a few years ago.
I had no idea who he was when we booked. It was a case of "what shall we do tonight? Let's see what's on in town."

I like it.

I stuck with iTunes for so long as I liked the layout. Foobar is just as good if not better in that department as you can change colours etc.
I like the build in FLAC encoder.
The only tiny tiny drawback is it's not just a button click to repeat or randomise, it's a few button clicks.

One more thing I've just noticed is that iTunes ignored the The from band names when listing them alphabetically. This doesn't.

IIRC that came in quite some time ago, due to being the single most requested change they have ever had. It's one of those either or things I think - people either want 'The Clash' under 'T' or 'C' and you'll never get everyone to agree on which. IIRC there used to be a switch somewhere to change the behaviour, but maybe they dropped it.

I wonder how it handles 'The The'...

Thanks to Mr Lumb I'm now using Foobar2000 instead of iTunes. :D

I approve of this.

I have now returned to the internet after a crazy weekend of turning 30. Had a fantastic time and was very ill yesterday by accident. Can't wait to embrace everything my 30s will bring. Very excited!

Aye, I couldn't remember whether it was before or after Christmas... I don't recall being drunk. :? :D

I do remember seeing him though, at least my memory hasn't got that bad.

"When I was younger I used to assimilate children sell it a perfectly lighter over it felt... I don't want to form a church in Technopark"

I love the "Transcribe Audio" feature on Youtube. It's not quite random, but nearly...

She actually said "I remember when I was younger I used to want to name my children like Cellotape... I don't want those for my children any more".
