Happy 30th!
Now, get on with the rest of your life. It's not over yet. ;)

You're far from old, I suggest making a few plans if it's actually getting you down. I barely gave my 30th a second thought...

Yeah man, you're so past it you should just probably end it now.
Happy Birthday.

Note : the above post was sarcasm - I am not advocating anyone actually commit suicide.

How do you think I feel? In about 18 months or so, I will be on Saga's mailing list... :| :D

+1. I think I realised I was growing up when I was 18 and some parent told some wandering toddler not to run into that "man".

Batman was fighting crime by the time he was 30.

August is a difficult time for junior docs as it's usually change-over time hence it's a bit difficult meeting up with friends (who are largely medics) but plan to meet up in a couple of weeks. Family are doing the usual family thing. I can't take time off work 'till September because of the workload but am planning on going on a trackday experience type event where you get to drive fast cars very fast.

I did contemplate it when I woke up this morning. It was a fleeting thought but there nonetheless.

I feel like that already.

Well hopefully here's to the next ten years (if I make it!).

Batman is a fantasy character! A creation from someone's imagination!
He's NOT REAL!

In fairness, the average life expectancy in the US was about 63 in 1940, which is pretty much when Batman first appeared.
Oh, and yes, he's not real.
