Morning all, Woohoo! It's finally Friday! A few user accounts to set up today, and I also need to figure out why the new Service Desk call logging system isn't playing nice with our email system, but apart from that, and the million other things I have to do today, I'm hoping for a quiet and uneventful shift. Sigh, back to work after a week off. Wonder how bad a car crash my bosses 'cover' of my job will be waiting to be sorted out  . Hope the pain block keeps holding JV. Have a great day folks.

Morning all, Started at 8.00 and, due to the boss not feeling the need to let me, the Service Desk Leader, know that the engineer who covers the 4.00 - 5.00 shift is unavailable, I'll be here until 5.00. I have sent the boss an email, saying I'm not happy about this, and requesting a meeting. This has to stop.
