Hey! It's from up you way like! It's not like it's foreign at least! (8-p) (And it's a pretty low %ge by their standards!)

I haven't tried any of their beers but it appears all marketing and no taste.

If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.

I like some of them. Others I don't. I've never had any of the very high ABV stuff. I've currently mostly got me some of this. It's tasty. Oh so tasty...

I'm currently having fun with home brew. The last batch wasn't acting, so I poured in an extra bag of sugar. Because I wasn't sure how to read the hydrometer I've no idea how strong it is, but it tastes strong...

It's something I'll be looking into once I'm more stationary and less student-y. Good things come to those who wait and all that...

Edd, don't you have some sort of iOS coding to be getting on with?

At present I lose a day a week to paid work, and 2.5 days to not being in Bath, which by my reckoning leaves 3.5 days for uni, unfortunately. (8-() PM/email/whatever me any thoughts, mind, but I think I know.

I know you're busy with lots of spinning plates at the moment, but you gotta realise that I'm not going to let you forget about it. (8+) That's just the sort of kind, generous person that I am.

Homebrew is fun. Even without a Hydrometer you can guess the percentage and gravity by how much sugar you added and how sweet it tastes at the end. Look for some charts on the interwebs, then you don't even need to do maths. I have a few things planned for new year, although it'll be 2012 if I don't get organised soon

Just finished the Christmas cake mix. Seeing as this recipe will take 4 hours to bake (though probably half than in my oven) I'm going to leave it until I come home tomorrow as I'm not waiting up until midnight...

My oven doesn't...It also gets much hotter then the dial says, thus rolls that take 40 minutes in a normal oven will take around ten minutes with the dial turned down by around 40°C...
