Anger is more useful than despair.
I like these calm moments before the storm.
I promise, I will never die.
Vote for me, and all your wildest dreams will come true.

"You're an inanimate f-ing object!"
"Harry, let's face it..."
Surely we've been through these before, Tim, but they are awesome

That's a brilliant quote made even better when in context of the film. (8+) Mark

There are some fantastic lines in The Avengers folks, go watch it. And has anyone ever actually called it 'Avengers Assemble'? What sort of nonsense will they come up with for the sequel?

It's called Avengers Assemble in the UK because we automatically think of the TV series of the same name, and the [LIFTED] film.

I know, but nobody could have missed the promo material whether they wanted to or not. I was actually wondering was it some sort of legal bollocks mixed in with the above notion?

It's not related to the TV show?

We really shouldn't have got onto this. I spent years in a state of psychiatric fugue trying to decide if I preferred Diana Rigg or Linda Thorsen.

Diana Rigg. It's not even a close-run thing.

It's also one of the lines missing from the film that big fans of the comic book are a little disappointed about being missing. Apparently Joss was asked to put the line in the film only if he could find a suitable place for it. He couldn't, so it never made it. Mark

My Mum met Diana Rigg. I too thought the film was linked to the TV show until I saw Marvel was involved. No I won't be going to see the film.

It's cheesy in the comics... Sammy L. would even struggle with it
