Anyone have any experiance of being fat?

Apparently I have to lose 20kg to be 'normal'. Not sure how that will happen with a flat stomach. Perhaps I'll have to cut off some muscle or maybe a leg.

BMI - Bag o' sh!te.

I cant eat as soon as I wake up. Have to wait a couple of hours for my appetite to get going.
