I'll post the information on the back of the order of service which gives you details of how to make donations to the hospice via the funeral home on JJ's behalf. Nice idea, we'll be doing all our fund-raising this year in memory of JJ and donating the proceeds to the Hospice.

Could you post details so that others here could make donations direct on JJ's behalf.

1. How have I only just seen this?
2. I'm utterly, utterly shocked. I'll be thinking of him today (mainly our "grill" argument to be fair)

Sorry, I'm not really a very regular visitor these days. The donations page for the hospice, where they do an extremely difficult job incredibly well, is:

I tried but my card which expires next month was rejected for being in the past.

I will try again when the new card arrives.

The inaugral meeting of the 'JJ Memorial Drink-off' took place this past Saturday. A small group of people lucky enough to count JJ amongst their friends, a really mixed group of people that it was genuinely lovely to see together, raising glasses to the memory of JJ and drinking in all his favourite places.

We have agreed to make this an annual event, we'll be getting together with as many of JJs friends as possible every year on the Saturday closest to the day he died, 9th December, so we'll be meeting up again at the White Rabbit in Oxford (Friars Entry) on Saturday the 6th December 2014 at about 12:30 with more/different/same people, please count yourselves amongst the invited.
