I sleep on my side, two pillows with a hand either under the top or bottom pillow. I always turn my pillow over at least once.
I sometimes sleep front-side if I'm napping during the day.

From some of your posts, I think perhaps you should consider trading it in for a more modern model. I tend to start off on my side and end up on my front, with one or both arms under the pillow. I'm told sleeping on your front is really bad for your posture and your neck, which might be why sometimes I wake up with an awful head/neck ache.  I use a single memory foam pillow to mitigate the effect, otherwise if using normal pillows I'll have two.

Fronty-side for me.
I start off on my left side, with my girlfriend cuddled up behind me, then I move more fronty-side... Due to my nose constantly blocking, I tend to keep rolling from one side to another, so that the blocked side is up and I can get a bit of time, once it runs downhill, until the lower side is blocked again...
The nights where it isn't blocked, I tend to sleep for 3-4 hours on one side, then change.
Also had problems with my right shoulder, which meant that sleeping on the right side was painful (I have a cyst, but have had a couple of injections last week, into the joint, and since then, I haven't had any pain).
