Yeah, it is nearly impossible to open a door at 70mph, especially something the size of a Range Rover door. You need to put a heck of a lot of force into getting it open even a crack. To get it to open quickly enough and wide enough for somebody to fall out, you need to remove their seat belt and the driver needs to slam on the brakes, hard, just as the door is being opened... I can't see how you can just "fall" out of the vehicle.

The back door will open though - no 70mph induced air pressure there keeping it shut. Though at that point, you have to start thinking about why someone would suddenly fall out of the back of a car.
