Just signed off two new Open Water divers today. They were very appreciative, but instead of a cash tip, decided to take me out for dinner and a few drinks.  Now down in Cairns the majority of my students were backpackers. Here in Port Douglas the clients appear to be of a higher standing, and I have certified three professors in three weeks. Including Svitlana, from Ukraine.

Just finished 6 days on and having one quiet beer at my hostel. All of a sudden it gets real busy and I end up collecting plates and glasses. Not only am I a little drunk now, I also get a free meal tomorrow.

Our office is stupid. There is a wifi network, but you can't log on with your standard username/password and nobody seems to know how to get on it.

I can't, because:
A) I don't know how to hack a secured network
B) I'm only in the office for an hour a month, so it isn't worth it
C) I wouldn't want to risk my job if I got caught.

Three fairly big wins for me: 1. Got my front crawl mojo back in the pool this afternoon, was so excited that after my first 45 minutes with the Speedo pullbuoy, I then swam another 45 minutes straight doing the best front crawl I've done in months. Feel loads better and had a sauna and steam afterwards and an extra-long shower to celebrate. 2. Maynards Winegums have only 0.1g of sat fat in an entire tube, so I ate an entire tube on my way home, it helped stop my legs shaking after 1. 3. When I got home, feeling all great and un-shaking, I mowed all the lawns so we could sit outside with a beer and enjoy the view  _________________The Official "Saucy Minx" This above all: To Thine Own Self Be True "Red sky at night, Shepherds Delight"..Which is a bit like Shepherds Pie, but with whipped topping instead of mashed potato.
