Just been thinking - if the winner of tonights semi-final goes on to win the World Cup, there will only have been one unbeaten team in the competition.
New Zealand.

I have to agree. Not only because Germany have been the most entertaining team so far, but also because if the Spanish win this they'll be even more stuck up their own arses than they already are.

I only saw the second half really but Germany never looked like they were going to win and looked slow and tired. Great goal from Spain though.

So the Germans came up against a side who can defend in numbers. Good tournament for them, they'll be a strong contender for the Euros.
Anyways, a new winner of the World Cup on Sunday. Which is nice.

After my initial outburst (due to my 100/1 shot going up in flames  ) I think I may agree. TBH many go on about Spain playing "lovely football" but it bored me to tears last night. Pass, pass, pass back, pass, pass, failed final ball, pass. Germany were far more exciting. Mind you Holland now play old style German football so it may be a bit of a drab affair. At least the 3rd & 4th playoff between Uruguay and Germany should be a good macth.
