Experiment "Marrow rum 2011 batch 3" has been trialled on a human subject. Initial tests are promising. Said subject will be retested 18 hours to gauge toxicity, potency and any hallucinogen or other psychological and physiological side effects.

ARGHHHHHH!!!!!! Time's run out. I'm itching again after 8mths. For like the 15th time in a decade! I can do my job standing on my head and I new a new challenge, more fun and new places! Oh dear, what's wrong with me?!

Over the past couple of months, I've been going to the gym. Only started to run and it's just on the treadmill. Can manage around 3km using HIIT (run for a min, walk for a min) so can't do a proper run yet. Didn't notice any benefit until today. Had to do a few errands. Instead of walking quickly, I found myself jogging from place to place. What's more, I didn't have to stop because of breathlessness, and my heart rate was barely up.
It's the first time I've realised how much fitter I am since I started. Even though I've got a long way to go, it's really spurred me to keep going.
