Morning all,

I wasn't sure why I thought it would be a good idea to get to work for 08:00, as I'm on the "late shift" (09:30 - 17:30) but I did anyway, and got a text message from my "colleague" at 08:40 letting me know that he'd be late due to a doctors appointment... Psychic abilities coming through?

Anyway, I'm here so... aside from saying hope your shoulder recovers quickly Amy and good luck with the job hunt Mr. Blue...

Have a great day everyone.

:)

Morning all. Roads were a nightmare on the way in. Lots of rain, roadworks on the A3 (in the middle lane) and the A31 was flooded.
Now got to sort out a network the Technical Director can't understand.

Morning all.

Lots of group work to be doing. Everyone is elsewhere, or at least hasn't emailed me about the list of things to do, so looks like I've got myself a long day. Fag -> Tea -> Campus -> Bed.

Laters dudes and dudettes.

Morning all.

Got a shed-load of stuff to finish for group project and hand in at 11. Which would be easier if half the management team were actually here, rather than me making lots of phone calls, bossing people about and trying to bodge stuff. :x

Hurrah for disorganisation.

Laters.

Morning.

Alun, some of my best work has been done because I put it off until I could put it off no longer. Something to do with the panic and adrenalin, I think.

Another not quite with-it day today. Need to pay some bills, move some money about, cancel a direct debit and get some food in. Such is life.

Have a great Tuesday, folks.

Morning all,

Not feeling 100% today, I have a business lecture at 10 am, then I'm lecturing for three hours about file systems, partitions, disk structure, etc. then I have a practical 2-4 which should be easy (last week we learnt how to create users and groups on both Windows server 2k3 and Linux, and how to share files between two Windows boxes (nobody could get permissions to work) and between two Linux boxes (no problems when it came to that...))

Blurgh!

Hope you all have a good day :)

Four inches of powdery snow fell last night  Still, it was easy enough to brush off the cars. The cooncil didn't bother gritting the roads so everybody was extra careful - this new tactic should be adopted as it's cheaper, saves manpower and makes peeps think about their driving.

I have a blood test in 20 mins to check my Thyroid is working properly as the morning sickness I currently experience is debilitating. I do hope I'm not preggers.....
