Couscous is one of those things that a lot of people overcook, which in turns makes it horrible.

I think I'm going to do tomato, garlic, brown rice parsley and thyme. Simple enough and I don't need to buy any halloumi.

You cook couscous? i just pour boiling water over it and let it soak :)

also i'm in two minds about stilton: it's a cheese that has a nice strong start and promises a lot, but then it doesn't provide. a blue cheese shouldn't be mellow :s
