Can you cut down the white space between the logo and the top of the forum? That reduces the amount of useful information you can see on the screen.

Dropping the font sizes a touch might also be good, it seems somewhat larger than I remember. The main forums still appear on screen on my 24" iMac, but with Subsilver2 I could see all the forums, including the photography, hifi gaming etc. in one window, without having to scroll...

There is a font size changer thingumy in the top right corner. :D

Just double checked, already at the smallest size and it is too big for my taste.

Current web design trends seem to be gravitating towards larger sized text. About 12px is pretty readable. Some fonts seem to scale better in multiples of 4. I find the font size here about right.

Is this because of the ever increasing resolution on new screens?

I know I've probably asked this before, but can we have a large image for the x404 logo to download. I want to put it on a mug from Cafepress.co.uk

Now that cafepress ship from the UK I'll be moving the current store over to them.
Mugs will be available from the store very soon

Pleeeeeeese get rid of the thread title in the white box on every post

I've just switched back to my old theme. I've lost the cool logo, but the colours are better. Prosilver FTW.

I quite like the new theme. A few niggles that have already been raised though:

- Too much space between the new logo and the start of the rest of the page. If it could be moved up then more of the actual forum would fit on screen.
- I'm not bothered about the content of the title bar for each post just don't think the colour (white) fits in well with the rest of the thread/post. If it was the same colour as the post then that would be better IMHO.
- I never use the title link in title bar but it doesn't bother me either way. Perhaps it could be a little smaller.
- I quite like the avatars on the left.

On the whole a great job folks. I look forward to the continuing evolution of the forum.

Invert the colour of the new logo (screen dump into paint). I like it. Might have to make it my avatar.

I like either 8pt or 10pt text (at the most) on most websites...

If you could just insert a smaller version of the x404 logo into the subsilver theme it'd be perfect for my old-skool eyes.

Wow, my internet stopped working at home and this is my first time back since last Friday, thought I'd pressed the wrong bookmark! Looking good, well done to all of you who have helped.

How are we doing on the main site?

Mac users press ctrl+option+command+8 to invert whole screen, press same sequence to change it back.
