I need confirmation on this, but I'm sure it used to be in the rules that you couldn't kick to touch from a restart, and (again I'm not sure) meant an opposition line-out on your 22.

Law 13.8 - opposition can choose a scrum on the centre, or a re-take, or accept it (which obv. Wales wouldn't have done).

makes sense :)

Hold on....... France have just kick the ball out of play on the restart to finish the game to beat Wales?

Hmmmmm. We'd left by then, but I'd imagine it was because there was no time for the scrum or restart left on the clock?

Well, Scotland blew it today and Itlay deserved the win.

FFS just give us the spoon now, fat chance of a win in the remaining games if we play like that.

Best of luck to England. Here's hoping for the continuation of the grand slam dream. ;)

Everyone in the pub gave out a huge roar when Tommy Bowe scored that try! Was awesome!

He's a one-trick pony who is adverse to running and passing. He's a good goal kicker, but he doesn't half take his time over it and looks like he's squatting for a sh** while he's preparing himself.

What amuses me is how little the rugby is being mentioned on the BBC news today...they must have thought they had the grand slam in the bag they way they were going on about it last week.
