That would Babylon 5:Thirdspace I believe.

Well, the alien fighters are Thirdspace ones, there are a couple of Starfuries and that's the back of B5 in the background but I don't remember this scene from the film.

I thought the film was quite obscure. You needed to actually recognise it, which calls for a certain level of geek :P
