If I'm honest, the crack is far too blatant for me. But again, I suppose I'm not 8 any more.

I wonder if Q will be making an appearance? Or if there will be a collision with an alternate timeline?

Yes but did you notice that the Dalek on the ground took out all the german planes with a single shot each yet the Dalek mothership could not take out he Spitfires with the same efficiency?

I would have said that was fairly straight forward:

The German planes were approaching directly towards the Dalek in what appeared to be a non-evasive formation. That wasn't unreasonable as they considered themselved to be beyond the range of normal British AA fire at the time. They would presumably also have been standard WW II era planes without any significant form of EW capability and certainly nothing comparable to a Dalek's targeting and sensor systems.

The Sprifires OTOH were modified with Dalek derived technology and appeared to be making evasive manouvers as they engaged their target.
The mothership was damaged and underpowered and also lacked the normal complement of Dalek crew (which could also realistically have acted as a fighter defence of the mothership if they'd been present). It's safe to assume that the point defence was operating at less than maximum efficiency as a result. Never the less, it still managed to take out two of the three fighters in fairly short order and the surviving Spitfire only manged to knock out the dish because the Doctor temporarily disabled the shields protecting it.

But how underpowered was it? It was able to produce five or six brand spanking new multicolour iDaleks in multiple colours for the marketing machine. These were also fully powered from the start and able to take out the old genetically inferior Daleks without any trouble. :?

That wasn't the underpowered ship creating the new Daleks. It was the progenitor. Can't believe I beat Mark to correct you on that

Yes but where did the progenitor get its power from? :?:

So why didn't the Daleks use it as a power source for the ship? Sorry loads of plot holes. :D
