Well... it's now unofficially official. I have been put on 2 weeks garden leave, and unless Manpower can find another role I shall be made redundant, unlike my oh so unhelpful colleague who has not.

I guess it just goes to show that maybe always being helpful and going the extra mile doesn't actually mean anything at the end of the day. :roll:

Aww, that sucks :( You're clearly too good for them. I've got stuff crossed for another role or a large redundancy payout.

Having worked for them for just over two and a half years I won't be expecting a lot of redundancy, but I'm going to start making some calls now, and see how many people, (in the recruitment companies) actually remember me...
