Just been discussing this in the office. One person appalled at folk who laughed, which was pretty much everyone else.

Isn't laughing at people falling over a basic human right? lol (especially if they are famous and they do it in front of millions of people)

I was in the kitchen when it happened, and missed it. I'm sure it won't surprise anyone to learn that it was on YouTube within a few minutes and yes, I watched it... a couple of dozen times!

It didn't get any less funny

No, the wife and daughter were watching it. I got home at about quarter to seven, had something to eat, then started working at 7:15, (there was an install I had to get done... long, boring story) then when I finished that I had some Mac stuff to do. The closest I came to "watching" it was heckling those two Geordie lads. And singing along with whoever that rapper person, and by singing along, I mean blurting a string of expletives to cover the "Audio muted" bits... It made them laugh!

Could have something to do with the fact that the chip shops deep fry everything. Including pies and pizza.
And I've never seen an English chippy serve something called (and I'm not joking about this), a 'mock chop'.

One officer was employed simply keeping her finger on the laptop's trackpad to make sure it didn't go to sleep.
