There's absolutely no evidence, but it is a scientific fact. Funnily enough What Hi-fi pundits got caught out themselves on a double blind test on cd players, couldn't tell the difference between a £100 and £10k system if memory serves correct. Same goes for cables, Monster have to rig their own demos to show their 'quality' (they use a composite on one and HDMI on the other from an upscaling dvd player) That and the magazine is blatantly taking back handers with advertising and positive reviews.
