They did, but I mixed up an LCM pill and cured the down hole losses.

Accidentally leave ID card lanyard hanging out of back pocket on my way to lunch. Get 25% discount at cafe for working for my employer. Win.

We have a new girl in facilities who now thinks she's god and has a record of all our holidays. I asked her to add mine up. I also asked about the days I carried over from last year. She had no record of them and she thought I only had 5 left. She said she would have to check with HR about the extra days. I thought moo!

I trawl through my email and find the orginal request with the approval from my old boss and HR saying I had carried over 7 days.

Instead of the 5 days holiday left I actually have 7.

Hoo-bloody-rah!

Have asked for the week off 1st week of October :D :D :D

Do you have any problems with import duty or VAT with stuff from the US?

Item breakdown

Item Subtotal: $36.63
Shipping & Handling: $11.07
Total Before Tax: $47.70
Import Fees Deposit: $9.54
Shipment Total: $57.24

In the end it works out around the same cheapest price as here, but I get it quicker :)

Last time I had a parcel come through customs I got hammered by the Royal Mail handling fee. Totally out of proportion to the tax due.

The last things I bought in from the US were via FedEx. Parts cost was about £81, but after shipping and handling via FedEx, I'm looking at a £200 bill.

I do as much as possible now through Bundlebox. It means using FedEx but the handling fees are fine.
