I'm looking to fill out our internal Wiki, but I want to put stupid thing on it.
So far we only have the instructions on how to boil water in a kettle, as well as filling the kettle and then plugging it in.
Can anyone come up with any nuggets that could be used?

Some modern kettles won't cut off when the water boils if you leave the lid up. Boiling or just-boiled water is very hot. Make tea by pouring boiling water on tea leaves or tea bags, preferably in a pot. A cup or mug can be used if a pot is unavailable. Instant coffee should be made using very hot, but not boiling, water. Let the kettle boil, and then let it stand for a short while before pouring over instant coffee. Keep one cup aside for making Lemsip. The "flavour" will taint the cup, and taint any other hot drinks made with that vessel.
