Restarting the PC in Last Known Configuration thingy mode seems to have resolved the wierd graphics issue... Might have been the driver update I did yesterday, but let's see what the next restart brings... *sigh*

1. Not going out tonight. Not drinking. Might not even be up at midnight. I'll be in the house on my own entertaining myself on PS3 or such like. I can't wait!

2. As yesterday was Emily's birthday I have finally finished the project. One photo every day. I've still got a lot of editing to do mind you.

Scott Pilgrim, not a good film. Kick Ass wins hands down in the self-consciously geeky contest.

Despite his ego, I'm with the egg. One of my 2010 highlights, that film.

It's like one of those 1990s spoofs with forced humour and no discernible storyline, the same mildly funny joke over and over, as grating as Juno but without the compelling storyline. It's crap packaged in such a way that you "just have to think it's like so cool". No sorry, you're not getting away with making a crap film just because it's crap "'on purpose". That's my reaction to it anyway.

OT: What would your 2010 Top 5 films be?

Crap being marketed, packaged and polished as crap does not mean it is crap. Likewise innovation being marketed as ground breaking and fantastic does not mean it is good (read Avatar).
