I've had my annual bone density scan. Density is up on last year, so the specialist will be very pleased. Like me.
I'm not about to take up energetic sports just yet, but I'm not turning into a complete crumbling wreck either.

Cool. I'm just about to go into hospital for a week - tests and stuff. Ankylosing Spondylitis apparently - not helped by a small breakage I had almost two years ago.....  Al
