Yes. It's the one I found myself in about a decade ago. I really want to get back to the proper one.

Can I come to? :?

Perhaps we need to click our heels together three times or something. :(

It's not like it was 10 or 20 years ago. Now it's not easy to have sex in public, it'd probably end up on YouTube. I wouldn't mind but where are my royalties?

My alarm clock didn't go off today. I didn't wake up till 0815. I normally get up at 0700 (latest) and am in work by 0830. It takes me 30 mins to get there.

Thankfully I'd had a wash last night and I ironed my clothes, so jumped out of bed, got dressed and drove off to work. Surprisingly no/little traffic the entire way. Still go there for 0900 but rang up on the way to tell them I'd arrive by 0900. They rearranged my first three patients with another doctor so I was on time for my 0900 one! The rest of the day was completely lazy though I had to drive to subway to get some lunch.

metformin can cause diarrhoea, especially if started too quickly. Never seen it used as a laxative though!

We've just bought & built a table football table for the support office.

I don't think we're going to get much work done for the next few weeks.

Editing photos of foreign students visiting Santa.
Two things: Santa's missing the top of his third finger down to the second knuckle. Reindeer injury?
Secondly, a lot of the Chinese students seem terrified.

How old are they? Big Bushy Beards are very rare in Asia so a lot of kids find them very alien and frightening. If Santa has hairy arms, hands, neck etc then he'd probably scare most of a few billion people

They're all like 15+ I'd say. The Nigerian students are strangely enthusiastic. The Russians, of course, seem completely fine with it all.

There is the 'missing finger = gangster' thing. Or is that Japan?
