stupid question time, just got rid of my old TV, huge old old one (not flatscreen type but 80s type) I left it outside in the garden, is this safe? as theres prob still electricity in it? if it rains will it "blow up"?

The capacitors inside will not be holding that much charge and will probably be dissipating even now. If it rains it will not explode. Might ruin its future usage. Send it to the council recycling yard.

Oh, I do on occasion (will probably do it more often as it goes), but I still need to use the electric razor if I've let it grow a bit ;)

Although I was poorly over the last few days, I started eating again yesterday.

Not sure it was a good idea as for the past 24 hours I've been suffocating myself with my own flatulence! I had to take a can of deodarant into work today to cover things up.
