Has anyone been watching Misfits? The trailers for it looked interesting so I finally watched it yesterday... only to find it's the last episode of series 4 on Sunday. I thought it was something new!
I'm catching up with this series on 4oD and I rather like it so far. Would it be worth nearly 20 hours of my life catching up with series 1 to 3?

I've been told "yes". It's one of those shows I'll catch up with sooner or later. Mark

Thanks. I'm 3 episodes in now, and still quite impressed. The girls are all sassy and hot, which doesn't hurt. I think I will go back to the first series at least so I learn how the story starts. X2 was on TV last night, and there's yet another super-power series I've totally missed called "Alphas". It gets decent ratings but I'm not sure I like the sound of it. Anyone have an opinion? I need to pay more attention to the schedules. I complain there's never anything good on, but there are some hiding away mid-week on channels I didn't know I even had. Before I got hooked on the ineterwebs I used to keep a TV schedule on A4, and it was always full. I found an old copy the other day which included Farscape and Buffy amongst many others.

Misfits series 1 & 2 are deffo worthy. 3 &4 not so much but still an amiable distraction.

In all honesty, I've just stopped watching TV except for: TBBT, Family Guy, American Dad, QI, Top Gear, Futurama, Antiques Roadshow and ST:TNG. I may also watch Columbo and Sherlock Holmes ft Jeremy Brett. There are very few programmes that interest me and of the ones I would probably watch, I find I don't have the attention span any more!

You do realise if you put all the repeats of all those programmes on various channels together, you could probably watch TV all the time of you wanted to. I think Top Gear is on about 8 hours a day on it's own Jon

Name a panel show and chances are I watch it, the rest is documentary/factual stuff. Oh, and the odd episode of 'Apollo and Graham Norton. iPlayer FTW!

I will watch Two and a half men if I happen across it but otherwise I'm not watching any TV at the moment. Gave up on Doctor Who before the last series and haven't missed it at all, surprisingly.

Everyone seems to love it yet I find it painfully unfunny. A bit like HIMYM.

Has anyone mentioned fresh meat? Absolutely love it. Also peep show, the same as it ever was. There can't be any other show that has been as consistent from the firsts episode to the last.

Fresh Meat is excellent, as is Hebburn.

I'd never heard of Fresh Meat until season 2 screened just recently. I think I'll be watching season 1 back-to-back over the course of next week at some point. Mark

Love Misfits. I discovered it late too. I'm quite enjoying the latest series but yes I think the first 2 were better. Fresh Meat is class. Took me a while to get in to it but I actually think the last series was better than the first. I'm currently enjoying Arrow, Chicago Fire, Elementary & Girls.
