They have had to get a fire engine out to help get the water flowing off, had about a foot deep at the worst bit, cars hit it then were going to a crawl lol

Been talking about cakes at work and reminded me of the roulette wheel done by the Cake Boss in NYC. Yep it was all cake and it spins!
