If I was one of those people then I apologise. I think that at that time video calls were ahead of their time. Now with Facetime I see the benefits though I still have not made one video call.

I used to wind up iPhone owners by video calling them on my Nokia or htc and then asking them, why I couldn't see them. Apple shunned the video calling standard, claiming nobody wanted it, until everybody forgot about it, then they introduced their own version...

yup, either I stay at the higher grade, as the person I will be covering is a grade higher than me (win) or I will have (hopefully) proved I can work at the higher grade and when a post comes up I will be in pole position for that job (double win!). Whilst I'm doing the maternity cover I will be eligible for the upto 25% bonus and family healthcare. (triple win)

I was asked to be the observer in a disciplinary hearing and thanks to my advice and the guy following it the verdict.. no case to answer. Happy guy was the result.

I'm trying to rationalise 'observer' with 'advice to a party in the hearing'

I've been in a similar situation. The advice comes first

I was the observer on behalf of the "defendant" and yes the advice came before the hearing as he came to me because im the staff council representative for his area. Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk 4 Beta

Complete random survey, win a lifejacket.
The trouble is whenever I'm on a boat my intention is to submerge.

If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.

You're looking at the happiest man on the rig. It's been two and a half weeks of none stop stress, chaos and mud mixing. But today, just before we started drillingteh 12 1/4" section, they packed off while drilling out the cement at the bottom of the 13 3/8" casing. They can't move, they can't circulate and they can't rotate. They're well and truly stuck. That means no stress for me until they manage to jar free, if they can jar free. Six hours of jarring so far and no joy for them.
Rig fail (actually oil company fail) = l3v1ck win

Did you ever reply whether you was at the Eliza gig? Good luck. Hope it goes well. Sadly I'm in deepest West London.
