Scroll down for final product... Only the Leo one works for me there. They look like a weird hybrid of the previous cartoon series and that gimp Bay's efforts.

SPOILER ALERT: For The First Time In Fifty Years, Marvel Has No ‘Fantastic Four’ Book In The Works
http://sciencefiction.com/2016/01/14/sp ... the-works/

I nearly bought an older FF book the other day but decided on a Cap one instead. The complexity of what's basically a super-powered family is a hard thing to continually reboot, especially at the rate Marvel likes to do it

EDIT - Posting links to that site again since I've stopped getting AV warnings!

Been there! It’s rather small. Only really two or three rooms. Mind you, they are like walling into an Herge drawing - wallpaper like the end papers of the hardback books, models, as well as examples of sketches and other work. Really, though, you need to go the museum in Belgium for the full effect.

My guess is that's for TV if anything, probably Supergirl, though Flash/Legends of Tomorrow is in with a shot too if it is TV.

DC Comics Is Relaunching...
http://tinyurl.com/j55ftpj

As ever, the last relaunch was a failure to go with all the others, so here's another one. At least this one might have a bit of coherence for the lifetime of the TV shows. But you know what will stop seriously fcuking it all up? ENDING MULTI-TITLE [LIFTED] AND PUTTING GRANT MORRISON IN THE GROUND.

That's not good. I'm relieved Snyder is staying with Batman but he worked so well with Greg Capullo that I doubt things are going to be as good. Jock is good but nowhere near the quality of Capullo. Plus they already did The Black Mirror story in Detective Comics. I am confused...

Incidentally The Black Mirror TPB is well worth getting, but it is the most unpleasant Batman story I've ever read.

The grimmest Batman story I can think of right now is back from when Morrison wasn't an ego-driven prat, Arkham Asylum. Though Year One was dark in a much more subtle way.

Sigh....was there ever such a time?

And yes, Arkham Asylum (a touch overrated in my opinion, like Killing Joke) is grim but Black Mirror has dismemberment by hacksaw as just a little sideline.

I can't remember the story arc, but in recent years the Joker date-raped the female DA and then strangled her with her top. I'd honestly never saw anything like that before in a DC comic. There's also an infamous scene from No Man's Land IIRC, which I won't spoil (it's a hefty collection of books).

Sometimes you really have to wonder what is going on with Frank Miller and his artwork...

I reckon Miller's a Trump supporter, just that sort of mental.

Marvel CEO Donates $1M To Gassy Jack O'Lantern Donald Trump

By all accounts Ike's a twat, but it's his money and it doesn't really reflect on Marvel.

I'd no idea there was a character called Trump though!
