Yes, I think it is.
It boils down to the cost of making a 'standing' plane meet required safety standards. The bracing and re-enforcement necessary to ensure that a standing passenger can be safely restrained during take-off, landing (or crashing) increases the weight of the plane so much that it's uneconomical to run compared to a plane with seating.

They'd never get it past health and safety. Not that people would want it. It wouldn't cut fares by much, just boost their profits.

No, that's included - but if you want it pressurised in the cabin then that's extra!

Yes and it Passenger duty and you are above £10 again.

Would still work out cheaper than almost all other operators.

I wonder if they did long-haul, would we finally see cryostasis used commercially?

On a long haul they could have those beds like in pod hotels and cram them in.
