Ordering an eBay Buy It Now item for £29.99 with free p+p as stated, only for the shop's own checkout process to pop up and try to charge me an extra fiver for delivery (presumably cos I live in NI)... waiting on the seller to get back to me, they needn't think they're getting the extra fiver either

I hate it when sellers add extra postage for us here in NI, then send it by Royal Mail or ParcelForce. We are part of the UK and covered by the same standard charge as the rest of the UK!

Tell me about it, and it's even worse when big companies try it

Work fail
After only having had a week off after a three week trip, the bastards are sending me back offshore.

The aforementioned eBay seller has just effectively sent me a payment reminder after I suggested we both give each other positive feedback and just leave it at that (shipping to NI is the problem) :x

Needless to say, they can go fcuk themselves...

My first mega-fail in a while.

About a month ago I booked for a course for tomorrow (thurs). Thought I was clever, trying to get ahead of the competition by going to this course. Paid my £200, got my email confirming date and location. Entered the info into my iphone to remind me. I had both weds and Thurs off, so figured I'd spend today doing random stuff and tomorrow going to the course.

Just now, I decided to check the location details on the confirmation letter. Turns out it was TODAY!

£200 down the drain. Really frustrating since I'll be doing bugger all tomorrow now. Was an awesome day in terms of just chilling and getting all the things I wanted to do today done. I've sent an email in the hope the course organiser will understand and allow me to attend the course at another location but I'm not holding my breath.

I have just trodden on a branch in the garden and a spike in it has gone right through my flip-flop and a good way into my foot.

That's me not walking for a while.
