I'm still thinking about this one, but I think it's gotta be Thundercats And I love the Equalizer tune too

DM had a brilliant theme tune, so did Count Duckula as I recall...

Another couple of my favourites are the theme for ST:VOY and Battlestar Galactica (new one). Whilst hunting around YouTube, I found this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P3s26C1Qyc8Funniest thing I've seen this week!

Tatort, I don't think they've really changed the theme tune since the 70s!

Seconded. Also Coronation Street, Eastenders, X-Factor, Britain's Got Problems, Big Brother and This Morning. (Joking! I don't watch any of those shows)

I think the series 3 was the Acme of the B5 credits. The series 5 music kind of cops out after the opening salvos. The series 3 music tells you a lot about the story being told.

Yes. But which version? I vote for the Delia Derbyshire version. That has yet to be beat. Special mention must go to the original Star Trek theme because it has bongos in it.

I'd probably pick one of the Gerry Anderson series. Stingray, UFO, Space:1999 all had great intro sequences and themes but for me it has to be Thunderbirds. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2K9rVRuehGU&feature=related

I think mine is a three-way tie between The Dukes of Hazzard, The Littlest Hobo and Boon.

Anyone else think that the Six Million Dollar Man had a good theme? And what was the name of the stunt man programme he did? Too early... need coffee... Edit: It was The Fall Guy. Still need coffee though...
