Yes. Looked at it just before posting which is why I mentioned the gun. Hard to believe that Budd Dwyer's conference was beamed live into people's homes in Philadelphia.

thought so, call me sadistic but I watched said video over and over  and the video in this thread had priceless timing!  cos I used a plugin to download this video, watching it fullscreen and I farted and half a second later the guy said "scuse me"  _________________

He didn't learn much about effective communication during that Masters then did he! I'm sure the shouting is over-compensating for something i.e. the fact he's a crap public speaker who looks and sounds like he's so nervous he wants to cry and needs to constantly refer back to his notes.

I have a new theory about americans, whenever theres a wind that is eastbound coming from jamaica, the drugs scent in that country carries overseas to usa and hence why americans are all crazy as they keep getting this "wind" they are constantly high  _________________
