Just wanted to recommend a supplier I used for the first time today: www.cpsupport.co.uk.

We had a G5 imac with a screwed power supply. Local apple repair wanted many ££££ to replace it. I got the above company to repair ours .. done in 48 hours and cost less than £50. (We sent them the supply, they sent it back although you can send them the entire mac).

I'm in no way related to them but thought i would pass on a good news supplier story.

Always good to get a personal recommendation.

The PSU's in Intel iMac G5's are quite hard to remove. Please click on the Remove button below for instructions.
