It is genuine, I've bought stuff from them before (it was someone here who put me onto it), they often sell useful stuff!

Yes, so long as you don't actually use them on the public roads.
These were given away on the cover of magazines in the past, I'm certain.
Mainly because I bought it with the intention of smuggling them onto my housemate's car tyre valves...
