http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-northern-ireland-11646933 From the comments... The human race got a little bit stupider today. and... If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and quacks like a duck then it's probably a time-travelling duck. What do you think?

I think the old dear is talking to her husband, who has walked on before her. "Gosh darn, Abner! There's a zebra on the sidewalk! Oh my, someone's using one of those new-fangled kinematograph machines over the street. Hope my hair looks fine." She could be adjusting an ear ring, or hair grip as she walks, or cupping her hand to her ear to better hear hubby's replies. I think it's fun that humans can read something completely outlandish into something otherwise mundane. It'd be cool, though, if it really was a time traveller on a cell phone.

If they can do time travel (unless of course they can do it now) that they would have something a bit more sophisticated than a mobile especially for doing field work After all for the phone to work you need Cell Towers so they must be some form of advanced communication device and so you would think they would be less obtrusive Still nothing like a bit of conspiracy theory to make the tin foil hat brigade to jump up and down |

No, it makes far more sense that it's a mobile phone capable of sending its signal across space-time in a way previously unheard of and so they are actually connected to a tower that will be built 60 years later just a couple of miles down the road from where they are currently. |

Here's your 1920s mobile phone... http://hearingaidmuseum.com/gallery/Car ... ect34a.htm Apparently, Siemens also made something similar, which involved carrying a briefcase-sized bag with the batteries and electrickery in. I understand, though can't be bothered to verify it, the bag is caught in two or three frames. Time traveller thing debunked here. |

Shame an amazing story like this can be debunked so quickly, yet bodies in carry-alls and men dead with cuts and no blood raise nothing but a governmental shrug of the shoulders. |

^^ True that. The other thing about this is folk going on about the size of her feet. It's a 4:3 aspect ratio squished to fit a widescreen. Are these people completely dumb? Do they accept that this is normal or something? |

The clue is hidden in a secret mystical code in the URL - YouTube - if you replace all the letters with numbers, times them all by Pi and then rearrange them into the shape of a crucifix it spells out the Sanskrit word for "collection of complete idiots". |
