The signs are good though; good director, and Neeson suggests it'll be sensible at least :)

But A-Team was never "sensible" so how that's meant to be reassuring I don't know. :?

I'm gonna cite Dukes of Hazzard.

Nuff said.

The past is the past folks and for most of us of a certain age there's this thing called nostalgia. I suppose it's possible that they make these movies for the yoof who don't remember the originals?

I was actually about to type that myself, then couldn't be arsed

As okenobi has brought it up (kinda), a 'sensible' A-Team should mean we shouldn't see another Dukes of Hazzard with any luck...

On another note (and I haven't seen it), the newer Battlestar Galactica went down well despite being quite a different beast to the original (apparently) :?

Regarding the A-Team, it'll be a tightrope act, but give me a sort of elite unit with character and I'll be happy - especially if they can shoot straight ;)

I'm under no illusions about how it all might turn out, but I remain hopeful...

I hope they don't make cariacatures out of the characters. I don't want parody.

I always thought Ving rhames would have been a good stand in for B.A. Dunno how old he is though.

BTW, read this over at msn and they cite that four crack commandos broke out of prison. Only three broke out of prison - Murdoch was the pilot, wasn't incarcerated and was never wanted by the military police.
