He's thinking of Sky for his parents but have heard they disconnect a lot so maybe O2.

He moves in to new house this weekend and doesn't want to go with Virgin as they've just had a lot of problems with them. I'm Virgin cable so can't really recommend anyone.

Awaiting your responses.

Thanks

C

Be are good, O2 use the same LLU's. If he's got an O2 phone he'll get £10 a month off broadband

We've had O2 for a few years now. Can't recommend it enough.

I'd say Zen. Great service, speeds and tech knowledge. But they don't do any of this fancy TV included nonsense. Of course down here, you're likely if you get a mobile signal, let alone cable.

I'm surprised you're not Sky'd up to the max, Caz!

Do you mean Sky internet? No way - I on cable don't want adsl and I'm only with Virgin because they bought the company I was with before which is so many years ago I can't remember who they were lol.

As for Sky TV HD arrived today and is working great :)

What about Plusnet?

They seem to get good reviews, despite being owned by BT.

Note, ONLY if he can get LLU. Their "access' service is terrible - I couldn't wait to leave.

If your colleague cant get any LLU services I would recommend XILO, they are expensive but have been excellent.

Really?? They've always been on it for us at work. Their techs actually know about stuff too.

I am looking at changing from virgin cable to Sky unlimited but I am a heavy user and am annoyed with the moving goalposts of what is allowed.

What about BE? They're supposed to be good.

I would say Talk Talk, but I really don't hate anyone enough to recommend them
