for my A2 i have to do a database and im using Microsoft access
my database is about a martial arts centre, and is for booking in students to the class, etc

now does anyone know how, and could show me how, to run a macro/query so that if ive got a group for karate, it only allows students who do karate to be entered into that group (there is karate, kickboxing and tai-chi students)

(ps ill upload my database somehow so that you can see more easily what i mean as my database is abit strange..)

my teacher says that i could possibly do this with a macro joined onto a "create record" button (i havnt yet made the switchboard though..) but he doesnt exactly know how to do this himself
