I've had a load of sh*t from Natwest where they screwed up my loan payments.

Even after I had spoken to them and they apologised with a bottle of whiskey they then screwed up again.

I wrote a letter of complaint to them and I've just found an extra £100 in my current account :D

It i definitely worth complaining!

Nice one dude! When I was there, we always had to escalate things if it was pretty bad, and I've dealt out quite a lot of cash in past. But never a bottle!! Result :)

On a similar note, I went to Gold Class Cinema last night, ordered my food, a starter, a main, and a desert, I asked for 3 cokes during the food and a cup of tea with desert. Simple enough!

About 2 minutes into the ad's, out comes desert, I'm not happy but start munching away, I get half way through and out comes my starter (the film hasn't started yet); I'm starting to get annoyed. Next thing - two cokes arrive. Then, half way through my starter, out comes my main.

I'm fuming, half way through the film a random cup of tea turns up.

To be fair I did eat most of it, but I wasn't happy, I went Gold Class to have food with the film and to have it bought out throughout the film.

Anyway, on the way out I spoke to the manager and told him it was awful and that I've been several times before and never had such bad service. I didn't expect much except an apology however he gave me free tickets for next time. :)

I'm pretty sure when I was up in Scotland last the guy at the bar gave me some of that with Baileys...From what I recall it was good, though very strong. It could have had something else in it too..

I'm sipping a lovely 10 year old Macallan whisky at the moment.
