good this game but Its really annoying once I get a car I like it starts driving then it quickly change to another shape :evil: :evil: :evil: even when I set the mutation to 0 as soon as or no matter what it still changes :( how to stop it doing that?

I've started mine running.

I'll keep coming back to it but I can see 2 or 3 competing designs at the moment.

I wonder how easy a walker one would be?

My Generation 99 average seems to be about 420.

I've had some higher than that but I wasn't watching.

If you're going by the number in the brackets mine is 844.4 :D

Not sure what you mean?

It's a genetic evolution program.

Each generation it finds the best few cars (i.e. the ones that go the farthest) and then "mates" them to create the next generation of cars.

The mutation slider determines how much of a cars genetic make up come from it's parents and how much is randomly generated (i.e. mutated).

When a car stops moving forwards it takes the score of the car and then starts on the next one.

I've not altered the level of mutation from the starting position of 5%.

this is the problem, when theres a good stable shaped car that gets rolling and doesnt stop it just abruptly switches to another (worse) shape, this is whats stopping me from liking this :(
