The 2011 Six Nations Championship kicks off this weekend with France v Scotland. Nice easy one for us this time - just brush the French aside and settle in for a steady trot to the Grand Slam.

Quite looking forward to this one. With all the injuries England have picked up, the fact that Ireland's best players are now getting on a bit, the Scottish are on the rise and Wales in Cardiff can give pretty much anyone a proper game, it may turn out to be quite an even championship. Having said that I have no idea what French are like at the mo and I still don't really see the Italians getting near to winning it.

Thanks for that Alun, I'd forgotten about the 6N Friday night matches. I nearly missed a potential corker. The French starting line up is much changed from last year, but most of big play makers will be there. Although, they are starting without Jauzion on Saturday.
