Chicken Chop Suey. Though I like a lot of the standard fare at Chinese restaurants.

Chinese food tends to disagree with me - too greasy.

Deep fried shredded crispy chilli beef, hot. Although it has to be eaten at a restaurant to be at its best. It normally congeals to a sticky mess as a take-away.

Oh, and Duck like Jon mentioned.

Chilli Salt Chicken with egg fried rice, dash of soy sauce. My local place does it and it's, sadly, the only I order any more from there.
I'm always a little let down when we're out and a place doesn't do it.
If I can't get that, then like Matt, crispy shredded beef. Or chicken. So long as it'd not drowned in sauce.
And duck pancakes.

You're going for the wrong kind of food then. Try some steamed stuff, it's really good. Shame you can't get that sort of thing at take-aways.

Only ever had it once, just last year in a tiny little place in China Town that had been recommended. It was quite cheap and absolutely incredible. I could eat there every day, and quite a lot of the "locals" seemed to have breakfast there regularly.

I stuck to the steamed ones, so no grease and very healthy. Served with some steamed vegetables in oyster sauce.

I spent two weeks in Singapore with work a few years ago. I was pigging out on food like that for next to no cost at all AND lost weight while I was there. It was awesome.

Yeung Chow special fried rice with sweet & sour chicken = major win.

Duck with plum sauce is good too.

Where do I begin...

Crispy shredded beef
Crispy Duck
Beef chow mein
Beef Satay

And for an extra-high chance of heart attack, Battered King Prawns in sweet & sour sauce. Nom.
