I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that the "fail" is the fact the BBC referred to Jedi, but showed a picture of Storm Troopers.

I'm sure the people who chose the photo knew that though, if anything it's a fail on the part of Getty images that they didn't have a mass jedi shot. :D :geek:
