Bratty, if you talk the way you type, I'd imagine I would look at you in a funny way too. You used three full stops in the entire post, used commas instead of full stops and capitalised after some commas.
You didn't get them fired. They probably weren't fired for gossiping/sniping behind others' backs. Otherwise they would have been able to contest the dismissal. They were probably fired for other reasons. I suggest you work hard, behave yourself and try to act normal....or think what would timark would do.
